Head Coach – Lawrence Cronk (Coach Cronk)
Coach Cronk, is 37 and from South Wales but currently resides in Slovenia with his wife and two young daughters. He loves dark chocolate, strong Belgian beer and gaining elevation using only leg power. He’s been working in the fitness industry for 12 years and more specifically with endurance athletes for 10.

Enduraprep are an endurance coaching team specialising in triathlon, swimming, cycling and running. They have supported individuals from beginner to elite in events ranging from 5km runs to multi-day marathons & IRONMAN World Championships qualification. They are a team of highly experienced coaches, nutritionists and physio therapists based in South Wales and Slovenia with experience in supporting athletes all over the globe.
