The route goes from and to Ålgård via Undheim, Kvernaland and Figgjo. The trail is often used as a short track for cyclists.
A local cycling club Byrne Cykle Klubb (BCK) use a part of this ride for their annual TT race. Look out for an 8.3 Km TT segment as you turn right at 13.5Km.
