Week 2 - Session 5 Ride through New York City without cars and pedestrians! The aim of this session is to keep the power well below FTP. It's a steady cruise for over 2 hours. If that's too long, just go as far as you can. It's perfectly fine if you want to do the equivalent of this ride outdoors. Just remember, if you're feeling good - go longer, not harder.
