Route Des Cretes

The Route des crêtes is a 22‑km loop starting from La Palud. You will first need to climb through an oak forest before discovering the spectacular landscape of the Gorges du Verdon. You will not see the Verdon that lies at the bottom of the canyon but you will follow its twists and turns. The route passes by the Chalet des Malines, which is the start for hiking, kayaking, canyoning, or any other sports activities. The narrow road is now one-way to avoid traffic congestions and it is only possible to ride it clockwise in the summer. Don't take it as a race but take your time to enjoy the stunning landscape.
