Stefaan has captured the route of the Lapierre Gran Fondo Mont Ventoux in three parts, an epic 118km route through the mountains of Provence in southern France.

COL DE FONTAUBE
This ride starts in Malaucène at the foot of Mont Ventoux then goes to a very small village, Savoillan, on the north side of the Ventoux. On the way we climb the Col de Fontaube, and few Kms later, the slightly higher Col des Aires. During the climb we see the top of the giant of the Provence several times.

This ride is the second part of Lapierre Gran Fondo Mont Ventoux and is a fairly tough ride and goes over col de Gabelle where you see the giant of Provence looming in front of you in the first Km. After a descent we start at the ¨Gorge de le Nesque¨ then Col des Abeilles awaits after which we descend again relaxed via Col de Gabelle.

Bédoin to Mount Ventoux on a beautiful sunny day. Of the three Mont Ventoux routes this Bédoin ride is considered to be the hardest, climbing for around 20Kms, with a long intense section of 9-10%, and around 1,500 meters of elevation gain.

This ride starts in Bedoin at the foot of the Ventoux and goes towards Malaucène over the Col de la Madeleine (this is not the Madeleine in the Alps) and then along quiet roads until Vaison-la-Romaine (Roman fortress).

A beautiful countryside ride from Bedoin to Monieux in the shadows of Mont Ventoux. After 10kms you'll reach Villes-sur-Auzon and start the 20km moderate climb through the gorge, a spectacular balcony road. Then its a nice 3km downhill to a final short steeper section into the old town of Monieux.
