To kick things off we’re heading to the USA to ride a section of the Memorial Hermann North American Championship Texas course. Today we cover roughly a third of the bike leg to give you a taste of what race day will be like. Enjoy!

2. Intermountain Health IRONMAN 70.3 North American Championship St. George


Stage 2 takes us to St. George for a slice of the 70.3 Intermountain Health North American Championship, you will tackle roughly the last third of the course, which is the signature climb into Snow Canyon State Park.

3. IRONMAN 70.3 Zafiro Alcudia Mallorca


The Balearic island of Mallorca is not only a training paradise for triathletes from around the world, but also host to one of the largest IRONMAN 70.3 events in the world. This segment starts along the coastline before taking you up the main climb of the course to enjoy some stunning views.

4. Qatar Airways IRONMAN 70.3 Chattanooga


Chattanooga, known as the Scenic City, features Lookout Mountain, the Tennessee River and endless opportunities to explore. It’s also one of the most popular IRONMAN circuits in North America. This segment challenges you to the last third of the course, including a little climb to keep you honest.

5. IRONMAN European Championship Hamburg

This is a section of the European Championship course in Hamburg. We start by riding out of T1 and onto the bike course to cover the first third of this fast and relatively flat bike leg.

6. IRONMAN 70.3 Boulder


We’re back in the USA for another awesome 70.3 course, Ironman 70.3 Boulder! This ride segment will take you through the rolling hills including the two major climbs of the course.

7. Cairns Airport IRONMAN Cairns


Ironman Pro Series Cairns Airport hits the road on June 16th in tropical North Queensland, Australia. Promising awesome views, great weather, and some fantastic Aussie attractions for all the family, put this Ironman on your bucket list as a must-do! Today you’ll get just a small taste of the course, with this section of the Ironman bike leg. Enjoy!

8. IRONMAN 70.3 Mont Tremblant


Set in a typical European ski village in the style in the heart of the Laurentian Mountains, IRONMAN 70.3 Mont-Tremblant delivers a stunning course and world-class triathlon experience. For this segment you will tackle the first third of this stunning course.

9. IRONMAN 70.3 Les Sables D Olonne Vendee


This segment starts not too long after exiting T1 taking you through rolling hills and breathtaking French countryside.

10. Athletic Brewing IRONMAN Lake Placid


This segment features the last third or so of the course including the 11-mile climb up ‘the notch’ back to T2. Enjoy this iconic IRONMAN course, a sell-out year after year, celebrating it’s 25th anniversary in 2024.

11. Mainova IRONMAN European Championship Frankfurt


Normally a rolling two-loop 182 km (112 mile) bike course which leads through the picturesque villages surrounding Frankfurt, also called “Mainhattan” for its impressive skyline. This segment starts just outside of T1 just before the first climb of the day. Be prepared for rolling hills on this course.

12. VinFast IRONMAN World Championship – Nice


Filmed on race day in 2023, this VinFast IRONMAN World Championship route that is arguably one of the most spectacular IRONMAN bike courses. The good news is that this segment starts at the top of the climb, it still features its fair share of of climbing but it’s worth it to enjoy spectacular views and a ‘James Bond’ tunnel.

13. VinFast IRONMAN World Championship – Kona


This 39km section of Kona will see you tackle the infamous climb to Hawi, fortunately the FulGaz version comes without the heat and crosswinds!

14. IRONMAN 70.3 Western Australia


This segment of a fast and flat one loop course drops you in around 8 miles or so into the course. There’s great views of both coast and bushland to keep your mind occupied, as well as some great wildlife to keep an eye out for.
