FulGaz has worked with some of the best minds in triathlon to bring you an exclusive series to help you prepare and have the best race day possible, at the upcoming IRONMAN World Championships in Kona. We will be regularly releasing new content including never-before-seen interviews.

If you want to get the legs turning whilst you learn, then our CoachCast series is for you.

Think of this series like a podcast on wheels, where you turn up the volume on these FulGaz rides to hear valuable insights, tips and stories on how to tackle Kona from our experts, whilst you ride the course yourself.  

The CoachCasts are led by our Champions Club Coaches Michellie Jones and Craig Needham, alongside some very special guests from the current female professional field, including 2022 IRONMAN World Champion, Chelsea Sodaro.

Remember this is all exclusive to Champions Club members and invaluable when it comes to preparing you both physically and mentally for race day. To access this content you will need an active trial or subscription with FulGaz.
