Victoria’s High Country is one of the best places to ride a bike in Australia. Whether it’s mountain biking, gravel grinding, or heading out on the road, there are endless opportunities for those who love to get around on two wheels.

The High Country’s network of backroads takes in forests, National Parks, ridgelines and spurs, fire trails, and doubletrack. It’s a must-visit destination for riders searching for landscapes, adventure, and discovery.

This collection from Paul van der Ploeg and Ride High Country highlights some of the amazing riding in Towong Shire, a hidden gem of the High Country. Nestled right on the border with New South Wales and stretching southwards towards the alpine peaks, we can’t wait to head up to the region for the next Team FulGaz training camp!
