The classic, climb in the Dandenong Ranges that’s often used to test rider’s ability. It’s not particularly steep, hence the nickname that reflects the average gradient, but it’s a solid effort that can seem like it’ll never end if you go too hard. Don’t forget to push hard on the flatter bit just over half way up!
