Ten Laps of Heffron Park

Heffron Park Criterium Track is a two-kilometre dedicated racing circuit in Maroubra, a beachside suburb of Sydney. It is characterised by an unforgiving concrete surface and persistent winds. The secret to recording a good time is to keep pedalling at a medium power; don't back off for the sharp bends nor over-exert on the straights. Pedal efficiently under power around the full circuit.
