A rolling loop around the Mt Coot-tha Forest Park containing the Coot-tha Challenge, a 2.3Km/1.4 mile climb averaging 9%. Relax only briefly when you reach the summit, there are two more short nasty climbs still to come, before a fast descent back to the start.
