On a beautiful, sunny day in late October, we go on a lovely tour of some of the historic sites of Wellington County and Waterloo Region. Starting in Centre Wellington, we head through the Scottish charm of the Fergus High Street before making our way through the heart of Elora and then on to the historic West Montrose Kissing Bridge. After passing through Winterbourne, Conestogo and St. Jacobs, we take on the relatively short (but punchy) Hawkesville Hill.
We head through countless farm fields as we pass along the skirts of Elmira and up through Floradale, then take on the pleasant but rolling Sandy Hills before enjoying the later afternoon sunshine for the final 20Km along the Grand River in Elora.
