This ride takes you from the small village of Tharwa just outside Canberra high into the Namadgi National Park to the Corin Dam. The highest point of the ride is Corin Forest at 1220M, a popular place for Canberrans to go out for a picnic or skiing in the winter. Once past the top the road is all downhill to Corin Dam.
The 11km climb to the top is one of the longer climbs in the Canberra area, and provides beautiful views and sounds of the Namadgi National Park.
