Week 2 - Session 4 (optional for beginners and time crunched athletes) today we're riding to the top of one of the most famous mountain passes in cycling. The good news is the efforts get shorter as you go up, the (bad?) news is they get harder. This is an excellent session for building endurance and developing the ability to change pace on a long climb.
