The Archives

The course is a 34 km / 21 mile time trial on an up-and-down course at Antelope Island State Park near Ogden Utah. Reaching heights of nearly 4,500 feet, the scenic route takes competitors across the east banks of Antelope Island along the Great Salt Lake’s Farmington Bay. The course begins with a 1.1 mile climb followed by a flat to rolling terrain before hitting a down-to-uphill turnaround. Pacing is key in this out-and-back course previously used for USA amateur, collegiate and master national championships as the climb awaits to provide that final sting in the legs before finish.Terrain - Rolling hills, some 5 mins or more long, moderate gradients.
