5 miles out, 5 miles back. Things start and finish on a fast flat road, but it get’s increasingly tough as you make your way to the turn. If you regularly ride 10 mile time trials, don’t expect to smash out great times. It’s not an easy ride. What it will do is help build the strength to give you better times during your racing season.Terrain - A succession of short, steep climbs connected by fast flat stretches of road. Loops are rides where the start and finish are at the same point, this lets you do multiple laps without getting weird distances in Strava etc. To ride multiple laps of a ride non-stop, go to Settings then select Laps from the Ride Modes menu.
