The Canal du Midi was built in the 17th century to link the Atlantic to the Mediterranean, and is now a favourite destination for touring cyclists. This stretch takes us from Moissac visiting the 11th Century Abbey before riding the canal towpath, then through countryside to a short climb to the picturesque Les Plus Beaux Village of Auvillar.
