OC-47/OC-48 Malham Cove and Langcliffe Scar

Malham, Yorkshire, England

Loop - Hilly - Official UK Climbs

Mallham cove (OC-47) is one of the biggest tourist attractions in the Yorkshire Dales. Visitors come to see the amazing wall of limestone at the back of the cove. Sadly, you only get glimpses from the ride, but the climb up onto Ewe Moor and to Malham Tarn is still stunning. After descending off the moors to the village of Stainforth, there is the climb up Langcliff Scar (OC-48) and between the rocky outcrops before descending back to the start in the village of Malham.
