The Flemish Ardennes is an informal name given to a hilly region in the south of the province of East Flanders, Belgium.
The main characteristics of the region are rural hilly landscapes with hilltop bluebell woodlands, windmills and watermills.
This is a fast, flat, anti-clockwise loop on quiet roads and paths, starting and ending in the hamlet of Lierde.
