Join professional triathletes Jocelyn McCauley and Lauren Brandon as they share their tips and experiences on the Kona swim course. The girls chat with Coach Michellie and Craig on exactly what to expect on race day morning, how to calm those nerves and their sighting points for the swim.

After being a Sherpa for her sister at several IRONMAN events. Jocelyn decided in 2014 to do her first full distance race, winning her age group at IM Texas. She has now been a professional for seven years and has multiple wins, podiums and is top 15 ranked in the world.
